Also present on the airfield, were five Fw 190 D-9s and thirteen radial engined machines, many of them fitted to carry Panzerblitz anti-tank rockets.
At Klagenfurt, there were three Fw 190 F-9s equipped only with conventional bomb racks.
Tomas Poruba has suggested that the D-9s at Zeltweg probably belonged to II./SG10, since this was the only unit in the area with the type. However aircraft are highly mobile, so it's always possible they were refugees from elsewhere.
